This RV park has a great location right on the river with easy access to kayaking and beautiful sunsets. The amenities include a heated pool and nice bathrooms, making for a pleasant stay. However, the sites can be tight for larger groups, and the lack of a general store on-site can be inconvenient for last-minute needs.
Our site was a bit small for our group, especially given the size of our fifth wheel. While there are larger lots available, it was tight for our party of eight.
The staff was helpful in reassigned us to a better site when we expressed our concerns, but I wondered what would happen if we arrived after hours, as there seems to be no one on-site during those times.
The location is fantastic for those looking to enjoy the river, with easy access to nearby attractions. We felt we could get to places quickly.
The pool was nice, and the bathrooms were awesome. The park also has a boat ramp, which is great for boaters and those wanting to launch into Crystal River.

I had an amazing time staying at this waterfront RV resort! The location is simply unbeatable, offering easy access to the Gulf and beautiful nature spots. The facilities are excellent, with a swimming pool and boat ramp right on site. However, I did notice that some areas could use a bit more upkeep, which affected the overall experience.
The RV sites were spacious and clean, which made our stay very comfortable.
The management kept the park clean and organized, which I really appreciated.
The resort is perfectly located close to the Gulf and various parks, making it convenient for nature lovers.
With amenities like a swimming pool, dog park, and sports courts, there was plenty to keep us entertained.

This resort has a great location and plenty of amenities for families, but our stay was affected by noisy campers and poorly maintained facilities. While the area is beautiful and there's a lot to do, the management of the campground needs significant improvement, especially regarding cleanliness and guest behavior.
The cabins are showing signs of wear, with poorly maintained floors and outdated TVs.
Service was lacking, with no staff presence to assist during our stay and issues with bathroom locks not being addressed.
The location is fantastic for exploring the area and seeing manatees, but the campground itself is not well-managed.
Facilities need serious attention; the pool was dirty and the hot tub was not functioning properly.

Our stay at the resort was a mix of fun and frustration. While it offers a fantastic opportunity for boating and close proximity to outdoor activities, the campsite spacing was quite cramped, and the facilities need some TLC. We did manage to have a good time, but it took some patience to navigate the challenges.
The sites were difficult to maneuver in and felt overcrowded, making it a bit challenging to settle in.
The staff was accommodating, and we enjoyed our overall experience once we figured out the hurdles.
The location is great if you love outdoor activities like kayaking and swimming with manatees, which is a big plus.
The pool was nice but the hot tub was just warm. The bathhouse situation was disappointing with one facility closed for remodeling.
